Process from start to finish was fabulous. Booked really quickly to go to the studio. So much choice, nothing was a problem. Even when I asked to see the boys range of glasses. Was on a tight timescale to get them and got them really quickly and delivered to the door. Absolutely love them. Especially the extras that came with the glasses. Everyone has been commenting how beautiful they are!!! Can't wait for Samuel's next prescription!!! Highly recommended 👌

Cannot recommend spex appeal enough! Absolute fantastic service, great advice and a friendly team! Explained to Lynn that my previous sunglasses were overly big on my face (from somewhere els) tried lots of places to get them right.. which failed! So Lynn gave me options for smaller frames which Iv never been advised of before, days later they were in and ready for collection, all fitted to my face & even ended up geting another pair! Amazing prices and amazing services wouldn’t go anywhere els!

I cannot recommend Spex Appeal enough to anybody looking for glasses! Got a cracking deal on a fantastic set of Ray Bans last year, went down picked the frames and they were ready to collect within 48 hours. Recently the screw fell out so I asked them to sort for me, turns out needed a new frame. All replaced and sorted no hassle no extra cost!! Not only are they great value for money, the service is above and beyond! Wouldn’t go anywhere else...thanks again Lynn and Alan x

I went to Spex Appeal to purchase one new pair of glasses - their selection of frames and pricing is so good I came away with 2 pairs of glasses and a pair of sunglasses! My husband also picked up non prescription sunglasses. I would have been lucky to get 2 pairs of designer glasses in the high street for what I paid for 4. I appreciated Lynn's honesty when trying on glasses and couldn't fault the customer service from appointment booking to picking up my glasses (within a week of ordering) and having them adjusted to fit. I highly recommend Spex Appeal and wouldn't go anywhere else.
